Shipping

Shipping costs to the UK is £3.50, this will include a presentation box.

This is for UK orders only, I have started to list other countries. Please message me if you require postage to a country not listed.

I look to post ready made items out within 3/4 business days of orders being placed.

Custom orders and made to order items are posted within 2/3 weeks of order (usually sooner), unless discussed otherwise.

Hallmarking - If your custom make is above a certain weight, I will be required to legally hallmark the item, which will add 3-4 weeks onto any lead times. This is unusual and only applies to the wide spinner rings and some custom designs.

Annual leave

I will be away on the 18-24th August.

Returns

We understand sometimes items need to be seen in person and are happy to refund the cost of any item purchased on our website.

• Please note, commissions and bespoke order are non refundable

• If you decide an item is not right for you and wish to return it please contact us within 14 days of receipt of delivery.

• The cost of returning an item is the buyers responsibility. We strongly advise that you post items back using a secure signed for service. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged or lost on their way back to us.

• Items should be returned unworn and in their original packaging.
