Shipping
Shipping costs to the UK is £5.80, for items over £100, these will be sent special delivery, for lower cost items, they will be sent tracked 48 hour postage.
Order includes a branded Ivy Cole presentation box.
If you are local to the area (CW5 postcode). I offer free delivery, which should be automatically added to your order on checkout. I hand deliver local orders (post through letterbox).
Alternatively, there is an option on checkout to collect from one of my markets. Market dates can be found under header Market Dates.
I look to post ready made items out within 3/4 business days of orders being placed.
Custom orders and made to order items are posted within 2/3 weeks of order (usually sooner), unless discussed otherwise.
Hallmarking - If your custom make is above a certain weight, I will be required to legally hallmark the item, which will add 3-4 weeks onto any lead times. This is unusual and only applies to the wide spinner rings and some custom designs.

Returns
We understand sometimes items need to be seen in person and are happy to refund the cost of any item purchased on our website.
Please note, commissions and bespoke order are non refundable
If you decide an item is not right for you and wish to return it please contact us within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
The cost of returning an item is the buyers responsibility. We strongly advise that you post items back using a secure signed for service. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged or lost on their way back to us.
Items should be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Earrings are non returnable due to hygiene reasons.
